Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership

Program Description
With funding support from AccessMatters, the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP) is providing navigation services for all Bucks County residents. The goal is to eliminate barriers to completing appointments for obtaining UTI treatment, birth control, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, STI testing & treatment, HIV testing, and cancer screenings.

Navigation Services include: Help with scheduling, free transportation to and from appointments, Spanish translation, and accompaniment to appointments.
