Lynn provides leadership to the Bucks County Wellness Partnership, assessing on-going community health issues and supporting public awareness within community health initiatives. She also manages the state-funded Tobacco Control grants, including grant writing, budgeting and reporting, to enable BCHIP to provide tobacco dependence treatment group programs at locations throughout the county. Partnering with local school districts, she supports and helps develop student-lead awareness and prevention programs around the Great American Smoke-out, Kick- Butts Day and World No Tobacco Day.
Diane provides administrative support to BCHIP’s programs. Diane’s responsibilities include answering telephones, invoicing/billing, correspondence, donor mailings, and more.

Advance Care Planning Champion
Carolyn is a certified facilitator and certified trainer for Respecting Choices. She is a community speaker and a volunteer with BCHIP, hospitals, senior centers and other organizations creating Centers of Service for Advance Care Planning in Bucks County. Her goal is to help members of our communities feel more comfortable talking about and making healthcare choices, naming an agent and completing an Advance Directive.
Carolyn has had a successful career in consulting after earning several degrees including an AB (Brown), an MBA (Wharton) and a Ph.D. (University of Pennsylvania). She earned her J.D. degree from The Delaware Law School and a certificate in estate planning from Temple University. She now practices law with a focus on estate planning and administration. She has served on the boards of St. Mary Medical Center and Chandler Hall.
