BCHIP Adult Health Clinic for Uninsured Bucks County Residents

 

The BCHIP Adult Health Clinic is a primary healthcare office which provides the following services for uninsured adults:

  • Referrals to Specialists when necessary and available
  • Medical care for acute and chronic​​ illness
  • Routine physical exams
The Clinic does NOT prescribe or dispense any narcotics or contraceptives

Appointments:

Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP)

  • Patients are seen by appointment only
  • If you are sick, please call the office rather than walk in​
  • If you have an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency department
  • You are responsible for all emergency department bills
  • BCHIP is NOT​ an insurance plan or an emergency facility
  • Messages left on our voicemail will be returned within 48 hours

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Resident of Bucks County (proof will be requested)
  • No health insurance coverage
  • Not eligible for Medicare, Medical Assistance or any other insurance program
  • Meet income guidelines: <200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Clinic S​taff:

Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP)

  • The BCHIP Adult Health Clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners and volunteer physicians
  • A bilingual (english/spanish) staff member is often available to assist patients
  • ​An on-site RN Coordinator arranges referrals to specialists and our Intake Coordinator helps patients with applications for prescription assistance programs (available through some pharmaceutical companies)

1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM to noon
1:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday 9:00 AM to noon
1:00 PM to 7:30 PM

1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Friday 9:00 AM to noon
Saturday and Sunday Closed
